Anne Holler

Principal Engineer, VMware

Anne Holler was the first woman principal engineer at VMware. Prior to VMware, she worked as a software engineer at HP and other startups. She has a master’s and a PhD in computer science from the University of Virginia and Duke University, respectively. Although she is a shy introvert, she is extremely driven and competitive in a quiet way. She rarely advocates for herself. Anne is all about teamwork and collaboration. One might say that she is a quiet force of nature.
