In 2020, I hit a breaking point — a panic attack that forced me to stop, breathe, and admit I couldn’t keep living on autopilot. That pause became a turning point. Out of it came SEED, the framework that helped me rebuild:
  • Sleep that restores
  • Exercise that energizes
  • Emotions that are acknowledged, not buried
  • Diet that nourishes, not punishes
What started as a survival tool became a way to help others thrive.

My Books
  • Nevertheless, She Persisted: True Stories of Women in Tech
My first book shares the voices of women who have broken barriers in an industry still learning how to embrace inclusion. It’s a collection of courage, persistence, and inspiration — and a reminder of what happens when we amplify stories that often go unheard.
  • SEED Your Superpower: A Practical Framework for Sustainable Wellness
My second book is far more personal. It’s the system I used to rebuild my life from the inside out, blending science, small habits, and reflection to help others reclaim energy and balance.
Together, these books represent two sides of my journey: the external work of building equity in tech, and the internal work of building resilience and wellness.

What I Do Now
  • Engineering Leader at Meta — guiding teams in Business Messaging and Calling.
  • Creator of SEED Tools — eBooks, printables, and journals that make wellness practical.
  • Founder of Toon-A-Long Tunes — a YouTube channel bringing joy to kids through Disney-Pixar–style music and stories.

Why I ShareBecause I know what it’s like to look accomplished on the outside but feel broken on the inside. My work — whether through books, speaking, or creative projects — is about showing others they don’t have to wait for burnout or crisis to begin again.

Beyond the WorkI’m also a mom, an explorer of ideas, and a believer in possibility. Some of my best insights come not from boardrooms or books, but while laughing with my kids, journaling late at night, or testing a new wellness tool.
